This pack contains 105 pieces of original flavoured chewing gum, each containing 2mg of nicotine. Other ingredients contained include: Chewing Gum Base, E321, Sorbitol, Polacrillin, Sodium Carbonate, anyhydrous, Sodium Bicarbonate, Flavourings, Glycerol, & Talc.

Instructions for Use

? Chew a piece of gum every time you feel the urge to smoke, up to 15 gums per day

? Chew it slowly until a strong taste is released. Stop chewing and rest the gum between your mouth’s jaw and cheek. The nicotine is absorbed by your mouth’s lining.

? After the taste has faded, resume chewing the gum until the taste becomes strong again. Chewing activates the nicotine release.

? Continue this process for 30 minutes.
